Al-Hawa Najd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and internal service providers will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or otherwise, resulting from any violation of this Privacy Policy. These damages include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or any other intangible losses. 

Protection of Children Personal Information 

Al-Hawa Najd places great importance on protecting children personal information. If you are under 13 years of age, you must obtain parental consent before accessing the Al-Hawa Najd Services. If you have already registered a user account on Al-Hawa Najd, we will assume that you have obtained the necessary consent. If we become aware of any personal data collected from users under the age of 13, we will delete it. In addition, Al-Hawa Najd will comply with the laws.
